Payment Dispute

The Gary Company performed water damage remediation at the property, including repairs to chronic plumbing, HVAC, and roof leak issues. This work addressed deficiencies from prior contractors and resolved the source of resident complaints regarding water damage.

The Gary Company sent a formal settlement proposal requesting payment for completed work, including an offer to place fully executed lien waivers in escrow for simultaneous exchange.

Benita Guadian, Regional Director at GoldOller, responded via email acknowledging receipt of the proposal and stating that GoldOller is "prepared to pay for services that were legitimately rendered." She indicated the matter would be reviewed by their internal team.

After 30+ days without a response, The Gary Company followed up via email reiterating the escrow proposal and requesting a decision on the matter.

In a phone conversation, Adam Saruya of GoldOller initially stated he had not received any emails regarding this matter. Later the same day, in a subsequent conversation, Mr. Saruya stated he had received the emails and was waiting on direction from Benita Guadian.
